Our standard dough uses premium Fioreglut® flour, egg yolk, egg white, olive oil, turmeric and xanthan gum. Fioreglut contains wheat-derived starch. Our dough contains wheat and eggs; it is not a wheat-free or egg-free option. Cheese ravioli also contains milk, and fillings vary by product.

We manufacture gluten-free products in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Ask for the complete current ingredient and allergen declaration for your chosen shape or filling before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary restriction.

Color from ingredients

Golden dough includes turmeric. Green dough includes spinach. Purple dough includes beet. The ingredient declaration for your selected product confirms its complete recipe and filling.

Cook from frozen

Bring water to a full boil. Add frozen pasta and boil for exactly one minute. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce. Keep frozen until cooking.

Storage

Keep continuously frozen. Follow the dated package’s best-before and storage instructions. Do not extend a marked date when pasta is repacked.
