Shipping policy

Fresh-frozen, from our Miami kitchen

All GLU10 SMART pasta is sold frozen. Keep it frozen and follow the dated package label and cooking instructions.

Local delivery

We offer hand delivery to eligible addresses in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties for $15 per order. Local routes run Thursdays and Saturdays. We confirm the receiving date and arrangements after the order; ordering on a delivery day does not guarantee same-day delivery. Address eligibility and the applicable fee must be shown at checkout.

Please provide a working phone number and any building or access instructions. Arrange for someone to receive the frozen order. Contact us promptly if your receiving arrangements change.

If local delivery does not appear for your address, contact us at 754-299-9257 before ordering. ZIP areas that cross county boundaries require a manual address review and confirmed quote.

Warehouse pickup

Pickup is free, by appointment, at 8051 W 24th Ave, Unit 18, Hialeah, FL 33016. Preparation is normally estimated at 24 hours; wait for our ready-for-pickup message before visiting. Bring an insulated cooler and keep your pasta frozen.

Parcel shipping by confirmed quote

Carrier shipping is available only after we confirm the destination, shipping charge, dispatch date and a suitable tested frozen pack. We accept destinations with a booked transit time of no more than 2–3 days from Miami. Transit starts at dispatch and does not include preparation time. Parcel shipping has a separate quoted charge. We do not offer unrestricted nationwide shipping.

If a delay affects an accepted order, we will contact you about the revised arrangements.

Professional kitchens

Restaurant and catering orders require a private quote, a minimum five-day lead time and confirmed Tuesday or Thursday receiving. An inquiry form does not place an order or take payment.
