We handcraft fresh egg pasta in Miami using Caputo Fioreglut gluten-free flour imported from Italy, eggs and olive oil. Fine ribbons, generous shapes and filled ravioli bring a light, delicate texture to the meals you make your own.
Our collection has a colorful side: Golden with turmeric, green from spinach and purple from beet. We freeze our pasta fresh, ready for home tables, restaurant kitchens and gatherings.
